Enjoy a fabulous ride on horse-back along Cape Town’s famous Long Beach. After being matched to the correct horse in terms of your ability and receiving a short safety brief, you will saddle up and walk at a relaxed pace from the stables through a nature reserve and towards Long Beach. As you approach Long Beach you will hear the thundering of the waves crashing as well as the loud sound of summer insects. The bird life is vast as you walk through the conservation area and you will start to feel your stress ebb. Once you are on the beach the group will split into those who wish to canter and those who wish to remain at a walking pace. Your path will follow along the shoreline towards the direction of Hout Bay. Head up for harder sand and open into a canter. This beach ride isn’t just for tourists it’s highly recommended for locals as well. Experience the adrenaline of riding horse-back and enjoy the awesome scenery and fresh air. This activity is for one person and takes place in Noordhoek (CPT), 6 days per week, subject to availability and ideal weather conditions. No experience necessary. There is a very strict weight limit of 95 kgs so as to safeguard the horses back. All riders must be in good health and over the age of 12. -

The Jeep Dune Adventure Tour spends the morning zipping along dunes in Open Top Jeep Wranglers in the beautiful Witzand Aquifer Nature Reserve. The dunes are a mere 40 minute drive from Cape town central and takes you through some coastal suburbs known as Milnerton and Blouberg Beach. This beautiful conservation area will take your breath away and will at the same time get the adrenaline pumping. This experience is suitable for families with teens aged 13 and older who can steer their own horse, as each child will ride their own horse. They must be able to steer and be confident to ride by themselves without being led. A relaxing ride, this trail only includes walking the horses, not cantering nor trotting.  You will complete a 2 hour ride inside the nature reserve after which a lovely picnic will be set up and ready for you to enjoy on your return, at wooden benches close to our reception area.  Our family picnics include non-alcoholic champagne, snack platters and waters. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks in backpacks. Drifting is the practice of controlling your car while the tires are spinning and sliding instead of gripping. If you love to feel the adrenaline coursing through your blood, book this exciting experience, which will equip you with the skills you need to form a drift entry by having the car setup sideways before you reach the corner.
