  • A short lesson is given before departure
  • Guided tour by an experienced instructor
  • Please bring your own sunblock, waterproof pouches, hats and towels
  • Please note that some level of fitness is required
  • Available in summer months only (October-March) and cannot be done in windy or misty conditions
  • Min age is 16 years | Max weight is 150 kgs
  • Spectators are welcome to wait on the beach at the launch site
