Get Mixing, Get Drinking!
This cocktail-making afternoon for two people offers a great, fun introduction to the world of mixology. You’ll be welcomed to one of the fabulous venues in either Cape Town or Johannesburg where you will have the opportunity to meet and chat with other experience goers at the event.
At the start of the workshop, your expert mixologist (cocktail maker) will provide a demonstration and talk you through the theory of creating excellent cocktails, explaining the different equipment and techniques used to make the perfect cocktail. You’ll learn what alcohols and mixers work well together to create iconic cocktails, such as the Cosmopolitan and Mojito.
It’s then time for the real fun to begin as you take your turn behind the bar and get mixing! During the course of the afternoon, you’ll enjoy learning the trade secrets of over 10 classic cocktail recipes that are sure to knock the socks of your future dinner guests. This is a fantastic experience to begin any great night out!
