Enjoy the ultimate romantic date with the VIP Cape Wheel experience with a la carte dinner for two at The Silo Hotel. Your date will start at the Cape Wheel, Cape Town’s very own observation wheel, which offers spectacular 360° panoramic views. Situated in the V&A Waterfront precinct, the Cape Wheel consists of thirty fully-enclosed air conditioned cabins.

Once you’re back on solid ground, you will head to The Silo Hotel, V&A Waterfront to enjoy contemporary cuisine within an extraordinary space.

Dining in The Granary Café is a unique experience. The menu inherits the same comfortable, eclectic and contemporary style as Liz Biden’s hotel interiors. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team believe in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal, local ingredients.

Need to Know –

• The VIP Gondola Cabin is for your private use, allowing for 2 adults only.
• Pre-booking is essential via Celestial Gift Experiences. Available to book all year round.
• The VIP cabin is the black gondola with tinted windows, leather seats, a glass floor and music and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and/or appletizer for a non-alcoholic option.
• A prepaid credit value of R1000 will be applied to the client’s final bill at the Granary Café.

We’ve spent a lot of time and effort on tailoring this package to be a beautiful experience. However, we understand that one size does not fit all and are more than happy to make changes and suggestions to suit your needs and preferences. We do however charge an upfront fee of R1000 for additional quoting to cover increased overheads in doing so. This fee is fully deductible from your final invoice should you proceed with a booking but is otherwise non-refundable should you decide not to go ahead with our services.
